  3. Send your parcel back to us using your chosen courier (tracked & signed for)
  4. We’ll notify you as soon as your return has been received and processed.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT:

Once your return arrives with us, our team will inspect the item and process your refund, exchange, or replacement as requested. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5-7 business days after processing, depending on your bank.
